Moroccan Black Bean Dip flavoured with Tajine Marrakech (NEW)

Ingredients

  • 50g/1.8oz black beans, soaked in water for 8 hours
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp "Tajine Marrakech" (Herbaria)
  • 50ml/1.8fl oz chicken stock
  • “Sicilian Rock Salt” (Herbaria)

Boil beans until very soft. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until onions turn clear. Add beans, soy sauce and "Tajine Marrakech". Add chicken stock and salt to taste.
