Add "Hot Apple Cider" to apple juice, bring to boil. Serve in glasses or cups. Non-alcoholic beverage. To add a twist: enjoy with a shot of dark rum.

Hot Apple Cider Liqueur
0.5l/17fl oz apple schnapps
0.5l/17fl oz dark rum
0.5l/17fl oz brandy
0.5l/17fl oz apple juice
250g/8.8oz raw cane sugar
2 tbsp "Hot Apple Cider" (Herbaria)
3 apples, peeled and cubed
3 pears, peeled and cubed
large preserving jar
Put the apples and pears into the preserving jar. Heat apple juice and sugar, let boil for 3 minutes, take off the stove and add "Hot Apple Cider". Pour mixture on top of the fruit. Add the spirits, lock and let rest for 2 months.
Hot Apple Cider Cocktail
1 tbsp Hot Apple Cider Liqueur (recipe see above)
1 tbsp liqueur infused fruit from the preserving jar
pear juice
Place fruit and liqueur in cocktail glass. Add heated pear juice.
