Indian Yogurt-Mint-Raita

Ingredients

  • 250 g / 8.8oz yogurt, 10%
    (Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, thin-cut strips
  • pinch of crushed chilli "Hot’n Spicy" (Herbaria)

Mix yogurt and mint leaves, add chilli to taste. Serve chilled.

Raita is a South Asian/Indian condiment based on yogurt and used as a sauce or dip, served chilled. Raita has a cooling effect on the palate, which makes it a good foil for spicy Indian dishes.
