Ingredients
Rock salt, whole cane sugar*, roasted peanuts*, gomasio* (sesame*, salt), horseradish*, black pepper*, roasted garlic*, seaweed, tulsi*, shiitake mushrooms*, galangal*, cubeb pepper*.
*From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Mix 1 tbsp. of “Buddha’s belly” with 1 tbsp. of boiling water, 1 tbsp. of rice vinegar or white balsamic vinegar and 2 tbsp. of sesame oil (native).
