Mate, green oat, green tea (11%), honey bush, apple, nettle, olive leaves, galangal, rose. From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Pour 200 ml sparkling boiling water over one filter bag per cup, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
