Seasoning salt for roast pork. Refined version of the old Bavarian basic recipe with roasted vegetables and beer. Also goes well with veal and beef as well as poultry or winter vegetables.

Recommended preparation
Season the roast just before serving. When cooking at low temperature, massage the salt into the meat before roasting and allow to absorb (approx. 1 hour per 1 kg).
