Description
Mix of spices for the popular Bavarian cheese spread – known as "Obazda". Tastes particularly good on pretzels or other lye pastries. The Bavarian verb "obazen" means "to mingle".

Ingredients
Paprika*, rock salt, caraway*, onions*, black pepper*, garlic*, chives*.
*From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Mix 100g of Brie (60 %), 100g of sour cream butter, 100g of Romadour cheese (50 %) and 1 tbsp. of "Spice up your Obazda!", and leave to steep for approx. 30 minutes. Before serving, mix in a finely diced onion.
