Ingredients
Tellicherry peppercorns from the traditional, aromatic varieties Karimunda and Devamunda from the Indian Malabar oast. From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Only sprinkle over the dish towards the end of cooking, in order to prevent the noble, highly aromatic pepper from burning.
