White peppercorns from the mountains in the heart of Sri Lanka. Cultivated by smallholder families in mixed cultures comprising many different species. Processed locally and traded fairly.

White mountain pepper. From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Only sprinkle over the dish towards the end of cooking, in order to prevent the noble, highly aromatic pepper from burning.
