Whole pepper fruits for use in a mill or mortar. For oriental and Asian dishes. Also goes well with fragrant rice, apples and pears.

Recommended preparation
Only sprinkle over the dish towards the end of cooking, in order to prevent the noble, highly aromatic pepper from burning.
